This class page is designed to help you as you study organization of print and non-print collections, including descriptive cataloging, Anglo-American Cataloging Rules, Dewey Decimal Classifications, Library of Congress and Sears Subject Headings and MARC records. This course also covers media and media services, including media services to special populations, as well as library automation systems and their management.

The Discovery Park Library provides the Department of Information Science with research, reference services, and books. Discovery Park Library is located in B112 on the first floor of the Discovery Park building. The library offers laptop checkout, public computers, study areas, and access to a Smart board.
