Ask Us! service main help desk is located on the 1st floor of Willis Library, on the left when you enter the building. Visit the Ask Us Library Services website for email (ask@unt.edu), chat, or call (940)565- 3245 for service information. Click the ‘live chat’ button on the right of any page Fill out the form or email us at AskUs@unt.edu and we will answer your question within 48 hours. Spark and Technology Help Desk

Located in Willis Library on the first floor is The Spark help desk who can assist you using and attending workshops for various technologies, Laptop check out (limited), printing and more. Review the Technology and Computing Overview website for general information.
