Overview on Textiles |

Welcome to The Spark's Textiles collection! Our machines and kits are used to help you achieve different types of projects for class or personal use. Users must bring their own fabric for sewing and embroidery and materials must be approved before use. In order to use the embroidery machine, you must first go through training and then sign up for an operator appointment to use it. For our sewing machines, you must go through training before you can use them. |

Interested in learning how to embroider? Not only do we offer machines to use such as our two embroidery machines and our sewing machines, but we even teach hand embroidery! Do you need tools to hand embroider, weave, knit, or crochet? We have tools for you to check out! With these tools, you're able to create the project you desire. If you don't know how to do hand embroidery, we're able to teach you! You do not need training to check out anything in this section. Please note: Materials are not provided, meaning, you will need to bring your own materials. These materials include, but are not limited to: thread, scissors, fabric, and needles. |

We have several sewing machines, a serger, and many sewing accessories that you can use. Try your hand at creating wearable technology and learn how you might be able to integrate electronics, programming, and prototyping equipment into your next project. Please note: You will need to supply your own consumable materials. You must go through training first before you can checkout or use the sewing machines. |
