The Library Assessment Committee serves as a library-wide coordinating group for assessment activities, in support of the Libraries’ strategic planning. It aims to centralize reporting of assessment activities, evaluate progress in meeting strategic plan goals, and assess the libraries’ value to university population.
The responsibilities of the workgroup include:

Maintain Improve outcomes assessment for Office of Accreditation

Track progress of Strategic Directions outcomes assessment and maintain online reports

Support a culture of assessment through activities such as the Assessment Minute, training, and the Library Assessment Community on MS Teams

Serve as consultants for developing plans for assessing individual projects

Promote assessment activities to library employees

Stay informed of assessment trends
