UNT Department of Political Science Research

The faculty of the Department of Political Science at the University of North Texas have an outstanding reputation for scholarly research and teaching in a highly-ranked department.  Our research productivity is even higher when adjusted for the number of faculty in the department. Locally, we are one of the highest-ranked departments at the University of North Texas.  Our award-winning faculty are highly-visible in the profession.  Two of our faculty have sat on the Executive Council of the American Political Science Association, and held prominent positions on the Executive Council of the International Studies Association, the Western Political Science Association and other organizations.
