These works are not comic books, but are government publications that are illustrated with cartoons or comic strips. Many of the illustrations are by well-known cartoonists. Sometimes there is a fine line between an illustratred book and what might be considered a full-fledged comic book or graphic novel.
These works are arranged alphabetically by the name of the department or agency.
