Guide to using the UNT Libraries data tracking system

Introduction to Reference Analytics

Reference Analytics is the system UNT Libraries use to track interactions with patrons. This data helps us:

  • Identify trends and improve services

  • Review past transactions for training opportunities

  • Demonstrate our impact through statistics

If you do not have a Reference Analytics account, request one by emailing LibAnswers.Admins@unt.edu.
