Help Yourself Campaign

What is the Help Yourself Campaign?

The Help Yourself Campaign (HYC) connects UNT students with library resources on topics that may be difficult and stressful for individuals to learn about or discuss openly. Topics include: Food & Housing Insecurity, Mental Health, Legal Resources, Adjusting to College, Work-Life-Balance, and many more.

HYC collections can be used in information-seeking and deeper self-guided bibliotherapy. For more information, visit: Help Yourself Campaign.
