This guide supports student mental health by providing access to recommended reading materials, online services, and local services. This guides promotes services offered by Student Counseling Office of the UNT Counseling and Testing Center.
All resources on this guide have been recommended by the UNT Counseling and Testing Center. The Counseling and Testing Center and the Help Yourself Campaign at the UNT Libraries partner together to ensure that students have access to materials that help them improve their mental health and wellness.

Student Counseling provides comprehensive psychological services to all UNT students.

The Professional & Academic Testing Center offers test proctoring services to members of the DFW community. For UNT students needing to take an on-campus exam for a UNT professor or specific UNT class, please visit the Sage Hall Testing Center
Our office does not do medical testing of any kind.

TAO is an online library of engaging, interactive programs to learn life skills and to help you bounce back from disappointments or stumbling blocks in life. Through the mobile app, you can view high quality, entertaining, and interactive learning modules, using evidence-based theories for either self-help between face to face sessions, or before meeting with your therapist
