Faculty Information

We are pleased to share some information regarding faculty library services with you. They include available resources and materials, please follow the links to view the resource content. If you have any questions, we are always here to assist you.

Services for Faculty

Lots of helpful information about the UNT Library services for Faculty can be found here on our Faculty & Staff webpage. Here you can find information about how to reserve items, schedule library instruction, have library materials delivered to your office, place an interlibrary loan request, and much more. For example, did you know that you can request that films in our collection be digitized for online access by contacting Erin DeWitt Miller in the Media Library? Email erin.miller@unt.edu for more information.

We have many databases to assist both you and your students with research. Link to database page.

Acquisitions Requests

There are two ways to request new purchases: (1) contact your librarian or (2) submit the request online. If the library can't buy the material, you usually may borrow what you need from another library.
