Sources for Your Assignments

1. Reference Sources -  these are encyclopedias, dictionaries, handbooks and other reference e-books that will help you find background information about the disaster you choose for the Group Project. The reference works are located in electronic collections and reference sections at the libraries.

2. Books - these are print and electronic books that will give you broad coverage on your Group Project topic, with the most current information being two to three years old. You can identify them using the UNT Library Catalog

3. Journal Articles - these are print and electronic articles that you can locate with the Libraries databases; they contain the most current information on your Group Project topic, but will have a specific focus.

4. Newspaper Articles - the Libraries have online newspapers that you can search to locate news articles about disasters for the extra credit assignment.
