If your are off campus and can't get in, here are suggestions:

  1. VPN: Open up the Virtual Private Network at this URL: https://vpn.unt.edu. Once you are in, paste your database's URL into the window at the top of the VPN screen. You'll be accessing your database through the VPN.
  2. Browser issue: you may need to change your browser.
  3. If you were using IE, try Firefox or vice versa.
  4. Password problem? Please see your professor.
