Locating Books in the UNT Library Catalog

To locate books in the UNT Libraries' catalog, use either a subject or keyword search.  You can access the catalog here: UNT Libraries Catalog

Note: Alternative Dispute Resolution books are located at the Sycamore Library.  The Sycamore Library also contains Law, Public Administration and Government Documents collections.

If you need help using the catalog, you can -- 

  • Check out the Basic and Advanced Research guide. Click on the "Find Books" tab for a tutorial on how to use the library catalog.
  • For personal assistance either contact the Subject Librarian or go to Ask Us.

If you need a book that UNT doesn't own, you can borrow it from another library using Interlibrary Loan.

Interlibrary Loan (2023 update)

Need a book or article not in print or online at UNT Libraries?   Use Interlibrary Loan to borrow materials at other libraries while you are affiliated with UNT.  Update as of March 2023: ILLiad has changed to Single Sign-On (SSO). All patrons should use their university EUID and password to access ILLiad.
