Online Articles Search

Learn how to use the Online Articles search, the Libraries' discovery tool that searches most of our databases simultaneously.

When Should I Use the Online Articles Search?

There are a number of situations in which the Online Articles search is helpful for your research:

  • you're unsure which database to use for your research - the results will tell you from which databases they were retrieved
  • you're looking for interdisciplinary literature - the search is multidisciplinary
  • you're looking for a known article - go to the Advanced Search and search the Title field
  • you need to find articles on a topic right away - don't forget to refine the results

Be sure to contact your subject librarian for additional assistance and to make certain you are searching all of the important databases for your topic.
